Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times to the US are approximately 14–18 business days for standard shipping, 7–12 business days via CJ Dropshipping, and 5–10 business days via Zendrop. Free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Every order ships with tracking — your tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us at hello@unchartedwaters.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us within 3 business days and we'll open a claim.
