Refund policy

We accept returns on unworn, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email hello@unchartedwaters.com with your order number and reason, and we'll send return instructions within 24 hours. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We don't do traditional exchanges — return your item for a refund and place a new order for what you want. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons and cannot be returned unless defective. If your item arrived damaged or wrong, email us immediately with a photo and we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
