By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products and pricing

We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, and correct any pricing errors at any time. Product images are representative; minor colour variations may occur due to screen settings and photography lighting.

2. Orders and payment

By placing an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud, misuse, or where stock is unavailable. Full payment is collected at checkout.

3. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances outside our control. Shipping risk transfers to the customer once an order is marked as shipped by our carrier.

4. Returns and refunds

Our return policy (see separate page) is incorporated into these terms. Refunds are made to the original payment method only.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site (images, copy, brand assets) is owned by Uncharted Waters or licensed for use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use it commercially without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
