Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our supplier.

Shipping times

Delivery times depend on the supplier your item ships from. We list the expected delivery window on each product page. General estimates to the US:

• Standard shipping (AliExpress): 14–18 business days
• Standard Plus (CJ Dropshipping): 7–12 business days
• Express (Zendrop): 5–10 business days

International orders may take up to 25 business days. Customs processing times are outside our control.

Free shipping

Free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping fee shown at checkout.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships and are usually active within 24–48 hours of being issued. Use the link in your email or visit the carrier's website directly.

Delays

Occasionally, international shipments are delayed by customs or weather. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us at hello@unchartedwaters.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors and your mailbox first. If it's still missing after 3 business days, contact us and we'll open a claim with the carrier.
