Return Policy

30-day returns

We accept returns on unworn, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email hello@unchartedwaters.com with your order number and reason, and we'll send return instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when the refund is processed.

Exchanges

We don't do traditional exchanges. Instead, return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. This is faster and ensures you get the correct item right away.

Final sale items

Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong thing, email us immediately with your order number and a photo. We'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item). We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot process refunds for items that do not arrive.
